I joined the company in May 2016.

Do you find the job of security guard risky?

It must be said that this profession is similar to that of the police or any other profession, except that it has its requirements. It is by far thought to be dangerous if not by exercising it it is exciting. You just have to be brave.

Can you describe a day as a security guard?

For my part, I am posted on a site which is a garage. My service starts at 6.30 p.m. The job is to take inventory of vehicles arriving or leaving. That is to say to check the accessories. Also, we make sure that all vehicles leaving with material or goods have exit vouchers signed by the Director or Deputy Director.

How do you imagine a good security guard?

A good security guard should be polite, courageous and respectful, especially towards his superiors and towards customers.

Have you ever faced a problem in the performance of your job and how did you resolve it?

A while ago while I was on my site. It was around 4 a.m., a vehicle hit the gate. I got out of the gatehouse and saw a man completely drunk. Immediately I informed the PC which gave me what to do.

Why did you choose Gardian's?

It must be said that at the time I was looking for a job and a friend told me that a security company was recruiting. This is how I applied.

What has Gardian's changed in your life?

I would just say that Gardian’s made me responsible.

What has Gardian’s brought to your life?

It’s unquantifiable. But it must be said that since I have been here, I have gained consideration among members of my family. I have regained my place as the eldest son in my family. I fully play my role of father.

How do you manage to combine family life and night work?

I think it’s that simple. I have a day off in the week and some free time between my descent and my next climb that I spend with my family. It's all about organization.
