How did you come to Gardian?

I was teaching in a private school but at one point I decided to take a break and take stock of all the years that have passed. I then decided to reorient myself. I saw an ad in a daily newspaper which spoke of a training course organized by Gardian Assistance on behalf of a large local company. So I applied.

After two years spent on a site feared by many of my colleagues sent there, our envoys also offered to move to a site of a large international organization, as team leader.

Have you ever been confronted with an unusual situation on your site?

On our site, we have never encountered a problem. Everything is going well because we are a strong work team.

What is the mission of a team leader?

The team leader has a particular mission, to respond safely to the security of the client company. I am the guarantor of strict compliance with the client's instructions as well as those of the Gardian's company.

What skills or qualities do you need to have in your career to become a team leader?

You have to be honest, courteous, humble. Strictly respect the data of both parties (client and employer). On site, you have to be an example for others to follow.

We must be rigorous and love the work that allows us to live, avoid begging, the main trend and which gives us our financial independence.

How does a day as a team leader go?

Work starts at 6.30 a.m. and ends at 6.30 p.m. Usually, I am always there an hour in advance. I am in the process of releasing the first one on the site. When I arrive, I check the notebook called "site support". This notebook is used to record the arrival and departure times of agents. Every day, a strategy is put in place to move the work forward. The team leader makes sure that each agent is his position with his recipient of the day. No item should arrive on site after 6:30 a.m. After 6:00 a.m., any item that arrives is considered a latecomer. I remonstrate with him.

Do you have a memory to share with us?

When I started out, my managers told me about a site in the town of Cocody which was difficult. The officers refused even to go. I was the one who agreed to go. Pick weird, I was there for two years. It marked me.
