Why did you choose the job of security guard?

It’s a job I’ve always loved. Unfortunately, I was unable to join the army. So I took the opportunity that Gardian’s offered.

Is the exercise of this profession easy for the fairer sex?

I tell myself that there are difficulties wherever we are. But willpower alone allows us to do it. I can say that I adapted quite quickly given the enthusiasm I have and love for my job.

What difficulties do you encounter on the sites?

Often times, difficulties arise with men who find that women are advantaged. What they forget is that on some sites, women have this facility to interact with men, the facility to adapt and do the job better.

Do you prefer sites over others?

I would say it's the same everywhere. But in residences, work is simplified with electric gates. Otherwise the working hours are the same and they are the same working instructions.

Have you ever been the victim of harassment?

It happens a few times, but I manage to handle it tactfully. I keep my good spirits and do my job as if nothing had happened.

Is the job of a security guard compatible with the life of a housewife?

I would say it's not always easy to reconcile the two. But it's all a question of organization. I think a married woman and a security guard needs to make time after work to take care of her household.

How did you come to Gardian’s?

I still remember my first day at Gardian’s. I have a brother who already worked there. One evening, I told him to keep me informed of the next recruitments. He laughed. On the day in question, he walked me from the set to the Gardian’s headquarters to test my ability to do this job, according to him. Once in front of Gardian’s, my brother walked away from me. I was all alone now but that did not deter me, I had this will in me to integrate this structure. I was selected and have been there for 3 years.

What has this job brought to your life?

A lot. My way of behaving has changed a lot. Before entering here I had a nonchalant and hesitant gait but now I have more confidence in myself. I was trained as a man and I am independent. I assume myself perfectly and it allows me to educate my son.
