What does the Supervisor and Intervention Chief do?

I'll call him to order right away. I ask him to follow the instructions and to be strict in the way he works.

How do you define a good supervisor?

The good supervisor is the one who respects the instructions. He also reports all the information he receives in the field to his superiors. The good supervisor is the one who ensures the satisfaction of the customers while being watching over the work of the agents.

Is the CSI constantly on the ground?

I am straddling the office and the field. In the field, I will check the work of the agents, in particular the control of the rounds. I also consult the notebook in which the supervisors record all the reports and depending on what is there, I orient my action.

Can you relate an emergency for which you have been called upon to intervene?

There is a site where a case of theft from a container was reported overnight. After an observation, the officials challenged us. On site, we watched a video which showed that there may be complicity between our agent and the client's employees. I carried out an investigation which enabled me to find the suspects who were arrested with the assistance of the police.

What is the worst situation you have experienced in your career?

At the very beginning, we didn't have big contracts. Guardian’s was born in 1997. A client's security chief wanted at all costs to extricate Gardian’s and set up his own security company. So he had to say things that resulted in Gardian’s being suspended. In view of this, I investigated and made some discoveries that led to his dismissal.

What do you think makes Gardian’s special?

The quality of the training of the agents and especially the quality of the services but also the regularity in the payment of the wages.

What has Gardian’s brought to your life?

I would say a lot. I learned a lot from my time here. A man without work is nothing. I am financially stable.
